Student leaders and potential leaders (ages 12-18)

"Therefore go and make disciples..." is the last command that Jesus gives his disciples in the book of Matthew. But what does that mean, "make disciples"? Students (ages 12-18) who are leaders or potential leaders will explore the reality of what it means to GO. With dynamic speakers, leaders, and worship, the Summit weekend is a great opportunity to forge relationships that encourage development of Christ-likeness.

Speaker: Randy McPheron

Randy J. McPheron became a pastor at the age of nineteen and has been serving churches in Kentucky since 1987. He is currently the pastor of Northside Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon, KY as well as a Director of Missions for Rockcastle Association of Kentucky Baptists. His ministry in evangelism and missions includes Revivals, Conferences, and Crusades in 12 states, as well as Brazil, Africa, Alaska, Nicaragua, and The Philippines. In June 2007 he became Founder and Field Evangelist for Touch of Hope Evangelistic Ministries and on March 16, 2009 entered full time evangelism. He received an education at Clear Creek Baptist Bible College in Pineville, Kentucky (bachelor of arts in biblical studies), and also attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Pastor McPheron married his high school sweetheart, Lisa, in 1984 and they have three children: Brittany, Beki and Jake.
